General overview

ConquerHost strives to provide all services uninterrupted with 99% Uptime. Through this Service Level Agreement (SLA), we guarantee you 99% uptime. This SLA is in addition to ConquerHost's terms and conditions that you accepted when purchasing and paying for a Service.

Malfunctions

Service failure includes all unplanned maintenance that may occur during an unplanned period in which the customer cannot access and manage their service. These are periods caused by equipment malfunctions or network outages confirmed and announced by the ConquerHost team. ConquerHost is not responsible for outages caused by third-party software/hardware.

Exceptions

It is important to mention some exceptions that are not subject to this SLA as follows:

  • Scheduled maintenance for which you are notified in advance via email, notification on our discord server, message on our website.
  • Emergency prevention where we have to temporarily suspend access.
  • Any type of illegal attacks such as DoS or DDoS caused by the customer.
  • Irregular use of the service detected.
  • Malfunction caused by third parties.
