TOS or General Terms of Use is an agreement between ConquerHost and you customer. In this agreement you can find the general conditions that go along with the use of our services. By purchasing and using our services, you agree to all the above conditions that must be met! In case of violation of our terms, your customer account will be limited and you will not be entitled to use our services.
As the owner of a client account, you assume responsibility for the security of your account. To keep your personal information secure, do not share or distribute your data to third parties or people posing as part of our technical support. IMPORTANT! Our technical support would never ask you for any input or personal data by email, ticket or personal messages to you! If someone else needs access to your services, it's a good idea to create a sub-user to use instead of providing your login information to your account. You agree that if your account is unusually active, it may cause it to be temporarily or permanently suspended.
If your payment is withheld by PayPal with an "On Hold" status, we will not be able to activate the service until the transfer reaches us and exits the "On Hold" status. In this situation, we are overwhelmed by the decision of PayPal. All new orders for hosting services are subject to a 24-hour refund policy. The refund is made only at the request of the client by contacting our team.
ConquerHost guarantees 99% serviceability. This means that your service will work without unusual interruptions. In these 99% we include planned prophylaxis or migrations with prior notice. In this 1% we cover unplanned maintenance of the equipment or temporary suspension of services.
ConquerHost provides you with one free MySQL database to all Minecraft services. We are not responsible for the loss or corruption of the database. We reserve the right to delete databases if malicious files are recorded or used for other purposes such as storing files unrelated to Minecraft or when using our database service with other hosting providers.
As the owner of the service, you are responsible for the security and serviceability of the service. All Minecraft services include unlimited player slots and an unlimited number of plugins / mods. This does not mean that the service may work with too many players or installed plugins / mods. All services have precisely set resource limits, which are listed on our website as well as the control panel. If a plug-in or jarfile is found that increases the resource limits of the server, your service will be permanently deleted without prior notice and refund. Any service will be deleted without prior notice if there is detected illegal activity. All services include unlimited outbound and inbound traffic. Client can modify their current plan by adding additional virtual cores, RAM and disk space only upon request to our team.
ConquerHost reserves the right to make changes to these Terms of Use without prior notice to its visitors and customers. As a customer, you are required to check for changes over a period of time.
